CastedCo is a new, growing business. Our products are sourced through third-party suppliers and may not be easily available in the market.

2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we decline an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in [INR] and include [applicable taxes / exclude taxes, as applicable]. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We never store your card details. We may correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Delivery timelines
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Some products take 30-60 days to arrive because of sourcing and supplier lead times. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this and agree to be patient. Please see our Shipping policy for details.

5. Product information
We try to show accurate images and descriptions. Colours may vary slightly by screen, and small variations between batches are normal for sourced products.

6. Returns and refunds
Governed by our Return and refund policy.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to CastedCo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

8. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastedCo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
