Refund policy
CastedCo is a new business. We source unique products through specialised suppliers, so please read this policy before ordering.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is materially different from its description
To request a return, email [email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, because it speeds up approval. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Not eligible for return
- Change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items, unless defective
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, provided we haven't yet placed it with our supplier, for a full refund. Once your order has been placed with the supplier, it can't be cancelled.
Delayed orders
Because our products are hard to source, delivery can take 30-60 days. If your order hasn't been delivered within 60 days of purchase, you may request cancellation and a full refund by emailing us.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Where a return is approved because of our error, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
