CastedCo is a new business, and many of our products are not easily available in the market. We source them through specialised suppliers, which means:
- Some orders may take 30-60 days to be delivered
- Timelines depend on stock, supplier lead time, and courier transit
- We'll keep you updated and share tracking as soon as your order ships
We ask for your patience. We would rather source the right product than rush the wrong one.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are dispatched in batches. Dispatch dates are shown on our website banner. Estimated processing time is [X-X] business days after the batch dispatch date, and transit time after that depends on your location.

Incorrect address
Please check your address carefully. We aren't responsible for delays or losses from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email [email] within 48 hours of delivery (or after the 60-day window for non-delivery). Include photos or an unboxing video, and we'll sort it out under our Return and refund policy.
